Introduced in 1988, the Epiphone G-Series is a line of Gibson-authorized copies of the famous Gibson SG. Common features found on most Epiphone G-Series guitars include a double-cutaway Mahogany body with humbucker pickups and a rosewood fretboard.

Variations
The G-Series originally consisted of only two guitars, the Epiphone G-310 and Epiphone G-400. It eventually expanded to include the SG Special, Bully, and several variations of the G-400.
Bully
The Epiphone Bully (also technically part of the E-Series) features:
- E-Series open-coil humbuckers
- Chrome hardware
- Laminated Alder/Maple body
- Bolt-on Hard Maple neck with "Super Slide" satin finish
- Rosewood fingerboard with "dot" inlays
- Colors available: Just Black, Blood Stain, and Bruise Purple.
