The Epiphone G-1275 Standard was introduced in 1996 as a part of the G-Series and the only double-neck guitar in Epiphone's lineup. In 1998, it was replaced by the G-1275 Custom which was discontinued in 2000. In 2002, the G-1275 Custom was reintroduced.

- Chrome hardware
- Mahogany body with flame Maple veneer
- Set Mahogany necks
- 20-fret bound Rosewood fingerboards with "split parallelogram" inlays
- 24.75" scale
- 1.85" nut width (12-string), 1.68" nut width (6-string)
