The Epiphone I-Series was introduced in 1989 right after several models in the S-Series were discontinued. It was most likely created to replace those discontinued S-Series models. Made in Korea by the Samick Corporation 1989-1991. All featured body-color headstocks and 3 year warranties. Often confused with the Pro-Series.
