The Epiphone Wilshire was introduced in 1962 and discontinued in 1969. During that time, it was produced by Gibson in Kalamazoo, MI. It returned in 2006 as a Limited Edition model made in China. A 1966 Reissue was introduced in late 2009 as a regular model. Also, a Historic Series 1962 Reissue was introduced in 2009.

- 2 white "Soapbar" P-90 pickups
