The Epiphone B.B. King Lucille was introduced in 1997 as Epiphone's version of the Gibson Custom Chop B.B. King Lucille.

Vari-Tone

The Vari-Tone control works through a reduction of the fundamental harmonic frequencies. The higher the setting, the greater the loss of "lows". Positions 3 and 4 produce a sound similar to a single-coil pickup.


Position 1: Bypass

Position 2: 5db at 1950hz

Position 3: 12db at 1100hz

Position 4: 16db at 620hz

Position 5: 18.5db at 360hz

Position 6: 6.21db at 120hz
